The ultimate opinion is one that has no ego. The best opinion is not having one. More people should realize they won't change the world with opinion but with actions and if you dont have an ego you realize you dont care enough for action. Im happy living my 80 years and being done with it. I dont need to be remember or have an impact. Im just happy to be here.

We are here to learn that beauty does not equal goodness. The ultimate example is nature. We talk about it as if it's something holy. It's so beautiful outside, they say. But that calm serene day you're enjoying is in actuality a non stop horror show of pain suffering and gore. Just under your feet on a sunny day insects are being torn apart alive by other insects. Animals in the woods are being brutally torn apart and eaten alive. The earth is hell.
In short we are here to reject the earth and appreciate consciousness. All consciousness. Even animals. Even insects.
Your loved ones are suffering and all conscious beings are your loved ones.

Skepticism requires balance. It is wise to not reject any idea completely. Always see if it fits if it seems it could apply elsewhere, or in a different context.
You should both accept and reject every idea, understanding its limitations, and its possible uses in other applications it does not fail in.

I say that, because I notice a lot of people seem to think skepticism is a tool for gaining leverage on people. using it to dismiss any idea, even if the idea is already well accepted as fact.

It's not arrogance, it is situation awareness of our environment. So, some new discovery changes our worldview. I see it's possible, I do not argue but I can explain every fucking thing that interacts. Think about it. And, it's not that challenging. Oh shit, a new element is discovered, oh wow, cool. How many protons bud? You know? You need to know how to recreate what exists. That's pretty much it. Anything radical is theoretical for the most part, typically doesn't exist because we are not able to provide the energy requirements yet. Everything is that simple. How, not why.
