Trump has just escalated the genocide of trans folks, particularly trans BIPOCs, and their other LGBTQIA+ allies by ending coverage for gender affirming care under Medicaid and Medicare (AmeriKKKa's only free healthcare options).

When the horrors of the Republican regime of the USA come to light, it will make Nazi Germany look like a country of saints.

I now realize I need to flee the country to a progressive, tolerant country with universal healthcare as a refugee if I am to survive as as trans body in modern day America. Where can I go?

What do you mean? It's not like you have a bionic body or something that needs some kind of nuclear battery. Just say you're not gay or trans and receive the medical care everyone else receives until a new administration takes over. One that's tolerant of those of your sexual orientation.
