I'm starting a new sleep routine where I pull an all-nighter twice a week, which over the course of a year gains me an extra 34 days in recovered time I would've spent sleeping.
I've done it before, I do an all-nighter Sunday-into-Monday, and another one in the week, maybe Tuesday-into-Wednesday,
I just video game the whole time and don't do anything productive, but it's still worth it.
Thoughts?

I’ve done this for 15+ years, I’m 34 now. I do intellectually demanding tasks, I don’t just waste the time. You need to take Alpha Lipoic Acid or you’re throwing your health away (due to oxidative stress), but it’s completely sustainable and with no real lasting detriments that I’ve seen.

I don't care about that to be honest.
I just want to reclaim some of my time since 1/2 of my waking life goes to work.
