If you want something you've never had, you must do something you've never done.
Go to the gym, lift weights for real, if you do cardio then do it after lifting, eat right.
First you need to know how much your husk currently needs. Google TDEE Calculator and fill out the form so you know how many calories you should aim for. In general, 200 to 500 calories in surplus is a decent bulk and anything over 500 is somewhat aggressive.
Don't over-train. Your body needs time to recover after lifting. Don't make this an excuse to be a pussy though. You should be able to train 3-5 times per week for 45 minute sessions if you can be intense enough. Realistically, your workouts will be about an hour to start while you figure it out.
Don't be afraid of compound lifts. Nail the form first before trying to impress the other men with weights.
Give yourself time to adjust to a new lifestyle. Sometimes easing into it is best. You want to make a lasting change, so you need to be able to stick with it. Don't just dive in the deep-end to start. Just get in the habit of getting to the gym 3-5 times per week and make that a habit.
