the artist is Yuurikin and the character is a OC of Arynbun named Reno. it was posted before 2020, i know because thats when i found the cropped version. i asked the artist himself for it but they deleted it so im stuck to searching for it.

Replying to let you know someone looked.

I've gone through just about every site and image repository I know of, even ones that generally keep images from artists that tend to delete shit; along with checking if it was a paywalled art that was pirated, and I couldn't find anything.

The information I can confirm is that the character name and (likely) artist is correct.
