the artist is Yuurikin and the character is a OC of Arynbun named Reno. it was posted before 2020, i know because thats when i found the cropped version. i asked the artist himself for it but they deleted it so no luck there, i asked the person commisioned it any they dont wanna give it to me so im stuck to searching.
