Is it because you don’t feel successful or productive if you are doing something ? If that’s the case that is programmed a societal handed down from boomers and generations before them, they were programmed to be good little cogs in the machine and hand this program down to their offspring. ……just being yourself is enough. Find your passion and do that.

anon i literally made a thread with this exact sentence before. i believe it was a panic attack but not sure, try some breathing exercises. breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it in for 4 seconds and release in through your mouth for 4 seconds. repeat as many times as you need. you are not in danger and you don't need to do anything right now, if it doesn't pass immediately, it will soon. you'll be fine :3
