Showed up an hour early for my USPS CCA shadow day. Place was a goddamn mess, zero orientation, no clue what the fuck was going on. Watched this girl case mail—workload looked Amazon-level brutal.

Then two old white assholes straight up said to me I was following her to the bathroom. No whisper, no joke—said it right to my fucking face. Some bullshit drama she had with a guy before turned into me being the creep? Fuck that.

I snapped. Mood went from ready-to-work to “fuck this” instantly. I vent near the LLV, and next thing I know I’m dragged into a room with the Black postmaster, Black supervisor, and some union VP who’s supposed to help but doesn’t.

Postmaster hits me with that “you’re on probation, that’s just how it is” gaslighting bullshit. I told them I’m there to carry mail, not play fucking psychologist. Union VP tries to calm shit down, but I’m done. Dropped my badge and satchel, walked the fuck out.

USPS is blacker than a fucking tar pit, and the culture? It’s a whole-ass fortress of old politics, nepotism, and bullshit. I left Amazon to get away from corporate nonsense, but this place is a whole different hell.

Now I’m jobless, pissed, and wondering if there’s any way back or if I should just burn this whole fucking system down.
