I hate how people say "PiRaCy Is A sErViCe IsSuE", or "If BuYiNg IsN't OwNiNg ThEn PiRaCy IsN't StEaLiNg" or any other justifications for piracy. It just people to excuse piracy and act like theyre entitled to specific pieces of media which they are not. If you pirate that is on you not the service, company, whoever. If you have an issue with a service or product either deal with it, advocate for a better service, or find something else to consume. You're not entitled to a specific piece of media just because you like it. Plus if you use the same logic was used somewhere else then everyone would call you out and not be widely accepted as the same as piracy so why is piracy different? Oh maybe its because people feel like they're the victim which they're not. I am an advocate for people actually advocating for a better service or find something else to consume rather than pirating and sick of everyone trying to justify themselves or make themselves feel better for pirating nd shift blame onto companies or whoever.

Okay look I haven't pirated in like years cause I stopped paying games and watching movies because of depression and shit but lets rewined about 3 to 5 years ago, yeah I did it but hear me out, I would do it to test if I like the game or movie and if it was shit fuck them and if I really liked it I would buy two copies, I pirated many of a game before buying it and my steam collection is like 600 games, my movie collection is about the same, so yeah I did it and I have no guilt I don't accept blame and maybe one day I decide for sure I won't blow my brains out next month then if I ever get interested in a game or movie again you can bet I will pirate it and if it's good you can expect me to buy it

It's a service issue if: A) a legal copy is impossible to aquire; (not sold in your region) B) the pirated copy is a better version of the paid version (denuvo) ; C) a legal copy is priced obscenely high (paying a grand on an NES game, etc).
