The format is a "The Office" meme. The Office ran for 9 seasons. You don't need to have seen The Office to understand the format (comparing two things for humorous effect), but someone who hasn't seen the show or worked in an office will have no clue who "corporate" is or why they're asking you to compare photos.
The first item being compared is a Trump post on Truth Social that seems to think that the conflict doesn't have years ahead of it.
The second item is Bush at that photo op that many people took as meaning that the mission of the war in Irag was being declared as accomplished. The USA left the middle east 18 years later.
Are these things similar? I think it's likely.
