3 months to change a tendon, soo i assume non linear use with 3 months worth of use might not have a permeant effect until some double digit percentage over that in a 7 year period. 7 year being the estimate time for a full multi cell body replacement.

depends on its size and how roughly your treating your body. Honestly tho if its anally then your gonna have incontinence no matter what you do over prolong use.. if vaginal possibility of bladder issues are also possible but the main reason you don't wanna go to large is no ones gonna be able to get any plesure if your too gaped wide in ether hole
