I played a flash game where you were a pixelated dwarf. All the other dwarfs were giant and shunned you for being small. Someone can teach you how to absorb souls but at the start you need a fixed amount. For some reason you can absorb the soul of a frozen caveman. The game had some kind of sentient altar deity that wanted you to collect runes so it could regain its powers but it turns out they were sealed and not very nice.
Anyone know what the pixel game was called?
