Why do people post this image as replies sometimes? I filled out few dozens of them every month but the job market is always overly full at least based on the replies from HR, if they ever reply. Like sure i'm wasting time playing videogames all day long but not like there are job openings waiting for me, because there is always a more experienced person in the line

I'm guessing it's a bullshit excuse anyway because job offering gets reuploading in a week or sooner. They just like to get someone with experience for a wage an inexperienced person would get.

lying on your resume was a popular idea in 2010, my folks saw the damage that it can do. i think the damage is still ongoing today. fraud is a crime, that i believe could easily be investigated and would be a step in the right direction.
