the artist is Yuurikin and the character is a OC of Arynbun named Reno. it was posted before 2020, i know because thats when i found the cropped version. i asked the artist himself for it but they deleted it from their files, i asked the person that commisioned it but they dont want to give it out for some reason. stuck to searching.
