How does one decide what to do with their life? I don’t have any hobbies or passions… to the people who are just like me… how did you choose your path?

If you have time on your hand then what would interest you?
Skating? Biking? Instruments? Singing? Building?

Most of the time it starts off like this
>I just wanted to do somethings specific that happen to be part of and require experience in a field
From there it's a tossup because I usually discover something I like better within that field. So really I think you should see it like this. You don't know what you're missing out on, and the idea of doing that activity is not going to be 100% of what you think it will be like.

When I don’t need to do anything I scroll on my phone in my bed. I feel bad about it but every time I do anything else it feels so performative and fake, even things I used to like. It’s like I’m watching myself practicing my hobby and making sure I’m “hobbying right”. I don’t think Jimi Hendrix or Picasso, while they were playing or painting, started thinking “man I must look so interesting and authentic right now”
