I get lots of money from the government for my disability, but I spend it almost entirely on alcohol.

I'm not physically addicted. I'm careful and only drink 3-4 times a week. Also I don't get hangovers because I've been at this for 8 years or so.

Canadian, and free money is amazing. I work occasionally but this summer I can spend my time doing anything I want sitting in front of my AC playing vidya. Suck it, wagies.

Canadian blended whiskey tastes like a homeless manโ€™s ass. Are you aware of this?

I have a great lo-cost cocktail for you. I call it the colonnello (italian for "Colonel"

2 parts cheap ass bourbon
1 part tuaca
generous squeez of lime
a little ginger (grated or pressed, but maybe candied would work)

Shake with ice
pour over ice
Leave room for a splash of ginger ale

I inherited my wife's grandparents liquor cabinet and have been trying to:

figure out what to do with the assortment of liqueurs
figure out how to make their super lo-end liquor palatable

I made this with Old Crow and it was great.

I don't mean booze, I mean money. What is a "lot" of money per month, to you?

not sure why folks would complain about this
that government money is going straight back into the economy on a local (shop) and national (taxes) level

I thought it might piss some people off because I don't pay taxes and just sit on my ass all day drinking and doing nothing and having a good time.

1k a month on booze alone? You're an alcoholic. How the fuck do you drink 1k a month unless you drink only top shelf stuff that costs hundreds a bottle

It's about $50 a pop to get me nice and drunk. Maybe that number is too high.
