I've been having jock itch that keeps coming back on my cock, for like a year now. How do I get rid of this shit for good?

If it is "jock itch", and not an std or something else, then try ringworm cream (anti-fungal) and alkaline soaks. Saltwater and especially sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) will help remove it.
One Anon was saying to tape it to the infected area, baking soda, until it heals. It will likely sting a bit, but it will destroy the fungus.
Also, the fungus can stay alive for a very, very long time on surfaces and cloth. So be aware of that.
Wash your clothes. Practice good hygiene, and use common sense.

Okay, then it's probably just a ringworm infection (fungal).
Soak yourself in saltwater, or strap sodium bicarbonate to your unit until healed.
Ringworm cream works to help too, but you probably already tried that. In combination with daily saltwater soaks, it works well.
Make sure to wash your clothing too, as well as any contaminated surfaces. even bedding Etc.
Good Luck
