About 17.

Then I went to uni for it, and they made me take a bunch of bullshit courses where I had to learn about the black plight or whatever the fuck, so that killed it for me

Nice. I commend your dedication, I know staring at a bunch of code for 12 hours straight gets pretty tedious lol.

What are you studying? Are you doing html, or like game dev stuff?

Got into at about 13. Started some script kiddie shit, changing a few lines of code, added features to private servers on games and stuff.
Eventually started wanting to be an epic hacker man, same time I went to UK college (16-18) for computer science and it made me realise I fucking hated sitting down in a chair doing nothing. I finished all my year projects in a couple of months because they was very simple and the tutors had nothing else for me but told me I still have to be in the classes. Drained me and made me hate it.

Cybersecurity/coding is my fallback career.

Not really important and is easy to fake. Someone in my college class made his look really active with a script that would have a chance to push changes to a useless folder whenever his computer turned on.

Find something that's interesting for you. I started out editing and modding existing projects, wanting to do more elaborate things got me to watch YouTube videos teaching me basics as a 14 year old that hated school.
What are you interested in? Game development, cybersecurity, modding a game, writing a server or what exactly? It needs to be something you want to do.

Soon you will be learning to debug code that AI wrote instead of learning to code

My dream would be being the real life Avon Hertz. People say it's elon musk but the real one would not need to have that much status or money, and it's not even close.
