The funny story is that Andy Card went to my parent's church and was not terribly fond of GWB and absolutely despises Trump.
Only took the GWB job bc Cheney and Powell convinced him that they needed someone to keep an eye on him to keep him from doing super stupid shit. The joke is on them though bc they couldn't keep him from invading Iraq out of butthurt that his dad was smarter than him and avoided all out war as a political check on Iran. Let's see how well that turned out...
