Honestly though there are issues in both systems. I've lives in Canada and US and they both have their upsides and downsides.
Big upside of USA is being able to be seen quick. Like I saw a doctor then cardiologist then like 4 tests then cardio again then specialist cardiologist within like 3 months, for a not-life-threatening issue. If it was Canada I might still be on the waiting list. That said, my insurance is good, but costs stupid expensive. And somehow have to pay a co-pay? Like pay again, for some fucking reason? Then possible get a letter in the mail that you owe MORE?The delusion here is insane.
Canada has advantage of not being assraped by corporate shills for your healthcare, but the tradeoff is it's harder to be seen for regular issues that aren't emergencies. I had my gallblader removed, 2 nights in the hospital, 0$ out of pocket.
You will never go bankrupt in Canada for medical bills.
So idk there has got to be something better. But yeah overall still better in Canada,
