>My dreamcar (911 Porsche) - 100k eurodollars
>Warhammer army for each major system- 2k to over 10k
>Rare Videogame for collection - Too much to count (Right now I wanted Panzer Dragoon Saga - 1k)

i worked my ass off for years and saved money and never spent anything on myself (it helps when you're constantly depressed and nothing makes you happy) and then used all that was saved and put a down payment on a house during the highest interest rates and worst home affordability crisis the country has had in decades. my mortgage, insurance, and utilities combined are less than the average rental in town. i should have the whole ass thing paid off in 10-15 years and still have enough monthly disposable income to do stupid shit with it. i make less than 40k gross a year and like 20% of that gets eaten up by taxes health ins and other benefits.

i don't fukken get it man is it really that hard out there? why's everyone say they're struggling?

it's an older house, it's got it's issues but so far they've all been manageable. neighborhood is fine, a good mix of families and middle aged couples, neighbors are super friendly, one is weird as fuck but i talked to him once and he's a decent guy. it's a smallish college town that's thriving and constantly growing. honestly this was the best financial mistake i've ever made in my life, i have 0 regrets...
