if I had unlimited money I'd go for Vegas first class, gamble a bunch and lose it all (but I still have unlimited money so it's fine) and get the VIP treatment from the casino. Hire some hookers and have a good time. Maybe I'll have a beer or two, but not that much. I don't want to be hungover.
Then I'll head to some nice tropical island and stay in and awesome resort and do some writing on my laptop l.
