I'm in the UK, gun isn't an option. I looked into jumping but some stuff online (I guess aimed at preventing suicide) was saying even off a high floor you can sometimes survive and end up paralysed or whatever. I bet that's unlikely if you go high enough though

literally a shotgun to the head is 99.99% effective and one of the least painful methods because it's instantaneous

a high caliber pistol also works as long as you have it in the right position and don't flinch
