I have 2 sons one is 15 the other is 12, how do I get them to go outside touch some grass and get some exercise on their skinny bodies?

Easy, just take them somewhere fun. Buy some skateboards, bikes, don't overthink it. Get them into a tcg and take them to locals. Get them interested in a sport or musical instrument.

Outdoors stuff is only fun where the air is clean and a group of friends will join you. If you lack those two things give up.

You have to be present and willing to put in the effort. I love to fish. Alone. Guess what I do all the time though? Take them fishing with me.
Give them projects to do, but be present to guide and teach. Just making them touch grass is fucking stupid. Thats not being a father that's being a babysitter. Man up, be involved, teach them to be men ffs. Thats your one job dude.

Beat them. Break their consoles. Fuck their mom as hard as you can as often as you can in every place you can. Throw stink bombs in their rooms three times a day. Starve them unless they kill something outside (fur or scales only). Throw them out you are a man aren't you? Scared of some little boys?
