OP-PSI ORANGE COUNTY DETENTION
During my incarceration I was provided hormonal replacement therapy medication twice a day and my treatment included ingesting SPIRONOLACTONE 100MG in the morning and the evening. Immediately before ingesting and placing my given treatment in my mouth I noticed the instant symptom of speech dysfunction and the innability of being able to comunicate after enamel of medication would disolve underneath my tougue moments before swallowing.
After several days of my HRT treatment the symptom of speech apathy would persist for days eventually developing into complete afasia(inability to speak) until interrupting my treatment for 24-72 hours. Gradually improving comunication ability until fulltime word production is achieved.
