Sometimes, like once a day, I put my cat in a cat cage and put a blanket over it, take a bong hit, and hot box the cat cage until my kitty is nice and high off the real cat nip.

Cats are our friends, they actually trust you not to betray them like that for your own twisted amusement. Please find a hobby or something else to do with your life instead of resorting to using an animal for entertainment like that. It is actually a form of animal abuse, and the first step is tolerating small things like forcing a small animal that loves you to breathe second hand smoke and get cancer, but then you gradually move onto more extreme forms of sadism and torture.
Please do not entertain this concept.

I know your to actually make your cat smarter, and it’s by loving it. By treating it with human compassion and learning to be a friend that it trusts, the cat’s brain will be able to develop into a more intelligent state.
You don’t have to force the cat to smoke to achieve this.

If you want to get to get “high” in a funny, amusing yet SAFE manner, consider giving it cat grass.
Cats LOVE cat grass. It’s basically weed for cats. Or get a small amount of cat nip, fill a stuffed toy with the catnip and let your cat play with the toy.
The cat will get high without dying prematurely of lung cancer this way.
Animals like dogs, cats and small babies have small lungs and forcing them to inhale second hand smoke will kill them much faster.

Seeing your cat wheezing, dying, coughing with tubes down its throat at the veterinarian 5 years before it’s supposed to die is a horrible, horrible sight.
I’d post a cat dying of chest collapse and oxygen deprivation but it’s a horrible, horrible sight.
Forcing a cat to inhale second hand smoke will cause this, and not only will you be slapped with insanely large veterinarian bills, your subconscious reputation will be permanently stained by your active decision to engage in behaviour that resulted in the premature death of something innocent that loved you and trusted you.

Please pick up hobbies instead. Healthy hobbies. Go outside, make some friends and if you REALLY feel the need to kill or torture an animal, go outside and kill a crocodile, a bear or something actually predatorial which deserves to be killed. Not an innocent, loving, domesticated mammal that trusts you with its life.

I give my cat a small toy filled to the god damn brim with cat nip
He plays with the toy and gets the cat nip ALL over him, then he licks it off his fur and gets high as FUCK but in a safe way where he won’t get cancer
