Yes, but there is a difference between showing basic decorum vs being an unhinged dipshit who is bound to get his shit rocked by someone who has very little to lose or just doesn't care. The original aristocrats in the medieval period didn't go around antagonizing the peasants. Just a simple cold dismissal or keeping the conversation focused on formalities and production quotas. Nothing more. People pickup on the fact that you are above them in what you say, how you say it, and why you say it. You don't need a long elaborate explanation to people who don't deserve respect. Subconscious cues are better than overt ones. If they are incapable of actual thought, then their primal instincts and subconscious will dominate.
