Settings was just what I renamed KSampler for the sake of the tutorial I ran the other day. I figured it would help people understand how things worked during the early steps. VAE encode for inpainting should be one of your default nodes, Save Image Extended is the only custom one I installed

I also have about a dozen different specialty loras I swap between depending on the request. I have them for saggy breasts, bondage, transparent clothes, pubic hair, tanlines, facials, dark skin, tattoos, latex, nipple rings, and strapons. Some of those work a lot better than others.
