Do exercises with those bands throughout the day and get your caloric+protein intake up so you don't just become emaciated. I don't even know how to properly exercise with weights or machinery but resistance bands are so easy to use.
For everything else like skincare or haircuts or fashion, just Asianmaxx. I copied the dress wear from the 60s, which for some reason is a niche in Japan, and look wayy better. Those clothes suit a skinnier frame so it helps.
