Scooby probably talks too much and would eat me out of house and home, but would be kind of cool to hang out with.

Brian Griffin. From what I've seen on the show he can sustain massive injuries, even being set on fire by a flame thrower and be fine within 24 hours.
So I would take Brian because I could abuse him on camera for money and he would magically regenerate each time no matter what I did to him, plus he's a smug liberal douche so people would enjoy watching him get smashed in the face with a steel baseball bat over and over and over.
I would let viewers superchat suggestions for how to torture him. He would live a life of eternal agony, being maimed, crippled, shot, burned, stabbed, poisoned, only to regenerate like prometheus, and it would make me rich.
