I am so mother fucking sorry but this Mandela effect is so stupid to me because how on the face of the earth does this logic possibly make any sense, I remember when I was younger being uncomfortable and grossed out or icked out by shaggy’s big Adam’s apple in the scoobydo cartoon, it didn’t like it, it was freakishly large and I didn’t like it at all, I understood that it was like his whole thing having a bigs Adam’s apple so I don’t understand how it’s never existed… I’m genuinely calling straight bullshit because not only do I remember it obviously but it made me uncomfortable because I have autism… oh ok but I guess literally nothing made me uncomfortable then… unless it was a different show or something but no, it was shaggy the dope with a big Adam’s apple.

Much like tom and jerry and a lot of older cartoons they had different animation styles and people working on them. So it's very possible that one of them did have him wirh an adams apple and people are just remembering that. Besides that it's easy to misremember little details like.
