gonna see the shrink in a few hours. i'm scared. what if i say the wrong thing and don't get any medication. or what if i say the wrong thing and get put in the hospital or something.

First time I ever went to the doctor for meds, I wrote down every detail of my situation, I laid out the years, handed it to him, then he could do nothing but accept I had said it all.
Gotta learn what's wrong with yourself properly though.

It is a good thing to take the blue pill if you are not prepared to face the unknown world, which is beyond the clarity of a simple life. Much hardship comes from taking no pill once you have seen the matrix and found it horrific. The journey you take now is the journey I have taken. I am medicated and still aware that life can be different and chaotic. I live as an example of one who found the red pill to be all he could take for many years. This was chaotic and caused me many problems.
You should be proud of yourself for knowing that you require the pill to save your soul from torment, not many do know that. Perhaps you are more aware and more capable than you know, somewhere deep inside resides the strength to see that you can get exactly what you want with focus.
The medical profession wants everyone to be like you; you are one step ahead of the curve.
Be at peace, brother in chains.

Don't tell them that you're suicidal or that you have thoughts of harming yourself/others and you probably won't get put in a hospital (if you are suicidal, you should probably consider telling them).
Mention that your meds have helped a lot with your symptoms and that they help you get through the days a lot easier than without. If you want the meds to abuse them, they will most likely notice this either way. Psychologists and doctors are pretty experienced when it comes to spotting addiction.
Otherwise just be friendly and answer any and all questions as straightforward as you can, they're supposed to help you.

Explain to him that you're suicidal, you feel like killing someone close to you, you have access to a gun, you're psychotic, and you have a history of substance abuse with a strong desire to acquire any abusable substance you can. You will get all of the medications and none of the hospitals immediately.
