Go buy Miralax/polyethylene glycol 3350

Take double the dosage immediately, then regular dosage for the rest of the week. It should very quicky resolve your issue.

Otherwise magnesium citrate is the nuclear option. Drink maybe a quart of the bottle. The whole thing will literally flood your gut and you won't be able to leave toilet for like 12 hours.
