Learn a new skill or craft, like building something or playing an instrument. Practicing a new thing makes your brain forge new pathways between neurons, which makes it easier to learn future things. Get some sunlight for vitamin d and exercise. Do things that suck to do to build discipline, making it easier to tolerate frustration. When you're good at learning and tolerating frustration, the sky is the limit.

children's card games, they have been distilled for decades to stimulate desirable traits.
look for things popular just before the hippies generation. jigsaw puzzels, waldo, spot the differences, sat prep tests, reading.
often when people think of reading they think of the books written for women; stories shit with a plot, textbooks treaties are way better.
currently got concepts of biology on my table. if you are curious on what writing style are for men and what styles are for women check out demographics for different magazines and pick up examples. in my experience women stuff is difficult to pull morales or lessons from, but fun. men shit is repeated multiple times like getting bashed in the head with knowledge, and the morales and lessons are not fully appreciated until tested.
