4chan is more addictive than other social medias. the reason for this is because you don't get notified when someone replies to you so you need to constantly keep checking to see if they did. also, because threads quickly dissapear you can't just wait overnight and need to constantly check the website.

I keep having bad things happen to me and it's like I can't even play video games bc I'm distracted by the failure. And I failed so like I don't have a car or anything. And this place was cool for a minute and I might still subconsciously be waiting for it to do something again
