At what age should white girls start experimenting with black boys?

It's a right of passage, but should they start in their teens? 20 years old seems too late. They should be carrying their first black child at that age.

Most colleges are considering it a graduation requirement to to get pregnant with a black baby. The more "oppressed" the father (homeless, convict, crackhead) the higher their grades.
