no she says "you look like a good joe". joe is the name his instance of her gave him instead of his model designation when she said he is a human and not a replicant. what we didn't know at the time though is that calling men "joe" is simply part of her programming, leading him and us to realize that he isn't special, she didn't love him, she was just following her programming.
