Assuming you go to the dentist yearly and brush/floss regularly, the problem is most likely your tongue. Your tongue is where all the bacteria is and causes bad breath. Make sure to brush your tongue and also use a mouthwash. You might also have Thrush (google it), so just ask your dentist/doctor just to be safe. But practice tongue hygiene too
