Depends on who is the densest, whoever can cut through air resistance the most wins the race to the ground. Weight is only important insofar as it affects this.

Average first.
Overweight will have more air resistance due to the bigger body but fall faster, the very thin will have less air resistance but they're lighter and take longer to reach near terminal velocity. Average has the weight to reach terminal faster and less air resistance so they reach it faster from that way too.
