>>937048031I'm not familiar with the term glowie, but I'm going to go out on a limb and assume it's a term for either lea, or a scammer of some kind, and I can respect that. Typically the best way around these matters was to set up a separate account not linked to you personally- in the old days it was hushmail, these days I hear telegram is the method of choice, but it's your call and I won't press you further.
Even so, be careful with the tramadol; just because it's considered a safer/milder opioid it still carries many of the same risks and should be handled with a degree of caution- I've known people get hooked on codeine. Best way to avoid addiction with things like that is to take regular breaks- try not to use for more than three days at a time, and take a break for at least 48 hours when you do- longer if you can. That should give your body enough time to lose whatever tolerance you'll have built up, and with opiates you'll generally build up a tolerance pretty damn fast.
As an example- 30mg of pure diamorphine (pure, uncut heroin) is considered a lethal dose for someone with no tolerance whatsoever, whereas there are plenty of cases of addicts with severe issues that regularly take in excess of three grams daily. Take from that what you . will.
For the record, tramadol is around 0.1-0.2 times the strength of morphine; that is, 50-100mg of tramadol would be the equivalent of 10mg morphine. Diamorphine is twice the strength of morphine, so 10mg of morphine would be the equivalent of 5mg of diamorphine.
Oxycodone is twice as strong again, so 10mg of diamorphine would be the equivalent of 5mg of oxycodone.
So each of those tablets- 20mg Oxcodone= 40mg diamorphine= 80mg morphine= 400-800mg tramadol.
Avoid using alongside promethazine, benzodiazepines, stimulants and alcohol.
