have you ever read the back of the can? you shouldn't drink any. if you """need""" caffeine, you aren't nourishing your body and mind. cut down on carbs, sugar, and bad fats, and you'll have far more energy than you ever did even with a can of monster a day or however many you've been drinking

and eat more protein. aim for 100g/day, even if you aren't exercising. replace one meal a day with a protein shake and you'll be surprised how much weight you can cut/how your life changes with minimal exercise. speaking from experience. and no snacking 3 hours before bed.
