You could likely just write a simple user-script to embed that side panel directly in to the page.
Ask ChatGPT to do it.
Give it that URL, say you want to embed the contents of that side panel IN to every 4chan starting with "boards.4chan.org", not next to via frames as the site will block it, probably.
Actually Tampermonkey combined with the frames could likely break out of the same origin restrictions.
