Paypal is well known for screwing its users as harshly as possible, they also debank people with non woke politics. If you donate to the wrong candidate you could get banned, or if they find out you frequent 4chan. Let's say your on 4chan and go to PayPal, the web browser will leak your previous page to them... I use paypal for as little as possible, witch is practically nothing at all. If I lost my paypal it would inconvenience me maybe twice a year.
