the twist should be that while they originally thought they'd accidentally sent a donkey to the moon, it turns out they actually accidentally sent Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to the moon
they misidentified her as a donkey because the footage was blurry

Is this why "mooning" means showing your ass?
