Not really, he funds some small left wing causes and a lot of refugee shit but his impact is actually pretty small. What success liberals and the left has has very little to do with his efforts. He's actually remarkably shitty as a political influencer, considering his wealth. The current state of the world has much more to do with Murdoch and Netanyahu than it does to do with him.
