I wouldn't trust anything you get in the way of advice from 4chan, especially /b/. That said, "Who the fuck beefed?" is technically grammatically correct, yes. It would be an angry way of asking "Who argued with me?"

I am writing a short story and was trying to express the sentiment of a person being annoyed by someone else farting. It's sort of a comedy-meets-misery type of tale. Thanks

Okay, well, "beefed" in today's language means something like "argued in a friendly way" or "argued for fun". Not really anything to do with farting.
Some options might be:
Who the fuck farted?
Who the fuck stank it up?
Who the fuck passed gas?
And the ever-popular:
It smells like something crawled up inside you and died!
Good luck with your story.
