depends on the concentration of what's in it but usually 30-45 mins. mushroom highs start like really good weed highs and then they go up and down like a rollercoaster depending on how strong and how much you eat. micro dosing just makes you feel the weed high for 3-4 hours and then wears off.
if it's super strong you should get some soothing music you enjoy ready to go and a bed to lay on
