Eat foods with more collagen, a simple google search will show you which foods have them. There is also collagen in pill-form and peptides with powders you can consume. Make sure you consume collagen before you sleep at night because it adds to your body's natural healing process while you sleep.

Stop drinking or smoking in excess as it will dry out your skin and scalp, stop eating processed foods and junk start eating proteins chicken, beef, greens and fruits more. Red onion has Sulfur which is good for your hair.

Cope or Rope
Brutal fucking hair loss though, doesn't even look that much like "classic" androgenetic alopecia, but like health related alopecia/diffuse thinning.

I've been supposedly balding since like 19 but the actual hair I have is still thick on the top of my head, I just have the Vegeta fucking widows peak. Starting to thin out a little now, that's probably when I'll just get rid of it because I have really thick hair naturally, so the sides would be especially ridiculous with that "tonsure" that eventually happens

There is no reversing hair loss.
You can only stop it or slow it down.

Minoxidil (which works for most men (but some don't tolerate it well) and Finasteride.

Otherwise, you are left with shaving your head or getting a transplant. No other options, mate.

Anything else is just snake oil.

This makes no sense.
This might help your skin/complexion and joints but will have no effect on hair.

Male pattern hair loss is gene and hormone-driven. If your hair is thinning, then that is it.

The only questions are: How far will it go? Will it just thin out or end with a bald scalp? Will it be just the hairline and/or temples receding or will you get a bald spot on the top?

Accept it. The faster you do that, the faster you can move on. Fucking around with oils, creams, pills is only going to fuck you up and you will have wasted money on that shit. Remember, you can still have a self esteem. Many fully bald men do and continue on like nothing happened.

I use Finasteride and Minoxidil and it does regrow. It fixed my shit. I recommend using a microneedle on top of that and it should all together really help.

This happens to human males, and it's natural. Welcome to earth. Deal with it. Your hair will also turn gray, and your skin will turn wrinkly.

This >>937422086 I've heard many guys say that Minoxidil fixes hair loss but it takes like 3 or 4 months of daily use to barely start growing back hair

I've also heard that it will first make you shed what little hair you have on the area. Do you research man, it's a long topic and I don't know all the details
