You could easily pass with a different haircut, (maybe even this one) but you need way more makeup practice. You can look like a typical middle age lady. Your facial structure is perfectly fine - go to a church or store, find plenty women who look like that.

The eyes are the weirdest. Passing makeup has to be subtle, not draw attention to itself. Also the foundation is caked on, way too much.
