>>937443958 (OP)I actually experienced this in "real time". Since 2003 I've been server maintenance, CNC programmer, CAD technician, 3Dprinter tech. run logistics and databases, and just about anything else computer. Particularly the last 8 years watched white coworkers at all jobs get replaced by non-white greencards and other DEI hires, which somehow increased how much work I had to do and fix. Get laid off and find other jobs that the same de-Amercanizing is going on.
Been unemployed for almost 2 years now, I can get temp work tomorrow, repeatedly doing shitty menial subhuman labor on weeks to months long contracts, but can not land any of the jobs that match my skills and experience. They don't want men, they don't want whites, they don't want US citizens (though they often ask about ITAR compliance), and they don't want "expensive" skill and experience.
Partway through assembling a home workshop, trying to find a online niche market I can dominate with weird CNC products.
